What to bring

  • Modest, comfortable and casual clothing is recommended, plus one good outfit (suit or dress)
  • Gym clothes and proper gym shoes
  • Toiletries (towel, soap, etc.)
  • Sleeping bag and pillow
  • A sleeping mat or camping bed (We will be unable to provide this)

PLEASE DO NOT BRING:

  • IPODs, CELLPHONES, valuable electronics
  • Shirts must have sleeves or wide band straps, backs, and must be long enough to cover the midriff
